We have processes in place that provide patients with an easy to navigate experience, seamlessly transitioning from GP to our clinics. Once the required scan or procedure has been completed, we provide prompt reports to ensure patients can begin their treatment and recovery process.
Does the bill for my procedure go straight to my company?
Our team will work with and invoice the Worker’s Compensation agent directly with the claim and approved details. It is vital that you provide us with the details of your insurance company, employer and claim details at the time of your examination to avoid any delays. Please be aware that if there are any rejections of these invoices, it is the patient’s responsibility to complete payment for these treatments.
